TECA is a six month, 1:1 transformational coaching program curated to the individualized needs of each client.

This program is geared towards high-achieving mid- to later-career professionals who are gainfully employed – and looking to make a change within the next 6-9 months. Professionals who want the next step in their career to be the right step. Who want finding their next role to be easier than it has been in the past. Easier than their friends and colleagues have experienced.

    Focused One-on-One Support

    You won’t get lost in the crowd with TECA. You will have 18, 50-minute coaching sessions spread over six months - 1:1, with me, Lesa Edwards

    In these sessions you’ll receive ongoing focused attention for job search and career management strategy, accountability, goal-setting, and celebration of goal achievement.

    This support goes beyond our 1:1 sessions - with videos, tip sheets, and referrals to additional resources to support you.

    I don’t stop thinking about you at the end of your session…you’re always on my mind.

    Marketing Documents

    Resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile written by one of fewer than 25 Master Resume Writers in the world.

    Nothing cookie-cutter or template about it. No worksheets to wade through. I will gather the information I need via 2, 1-hour Zoom calls so I truly get to know you, your strengths, and your unique brand attributes.

    Other similar programs hire entry-level resume writers to do this work. With TECA, you get top-notch marketing documents along with personalized help on how to leverage those documents for optimal success.

    If you haven’t landed your next role at the end of your six-month program - don’t worry. I will continue to support you as long as you are actively job searching.

Investment Options:

  •  Option 1: $6,000 upfront, followed by five monthly payments of $1,200.
